At First Coast Running Medicine, we he help runners and active adults in St. Augustine, FL move better, get stronger, and stay pain-free.

We start with a comprehensive evaluation to assess your strength, range of motion, joint mobility, movement quality, and running gait. This allows us to identify what is truly causing your pain so we can address it efficiently and effectively, not just chase symptoms.

Once your pain is under control, we progressively build load tolerance through individualized strength and movement training. Your program adapts as your body adapts, helping you become stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for the demands of your sport and daily life.

Our main goal is to help you return to the activities you love with confidence, not only at your previous level but often stronger and more capable than before. Whether your goal is running farther, lifting heavier, or simply staying active without fear, your plan is built to support long-term success.
